The Natural Resources Defense Council reports that on average\, diners leave 17 percent of meals uneaten. \nBon Appetit @ SMU is teaming up with the Sustainability Club to weigh the waste at Saint Gertrude’s Café\, April 23 through April 26th to raise awareness and provide you with ways on how you can help tip the scales.
