Energize your workout and recover quickly

Eating and drinking the right fuel at the right time is an important part of successful training. Join us in the café Tuesday, April 12th to sample whole foods for optimal fueling.

We will be featuring a homemade sports drink and share recipes and samples for tahini and peanut butter energy balls.
